This bite sized e-learning module is for people who have some fundamental knowledge about PDSA (Plan Do Study Act) cycles but want further support in applying the theory. It will help improvers on the front line to think about how to apply improvement knowledge to quickly find solutions, make informed decisions and capture knowledge.
The module takes approximately 30 mins to complete and offers a practical exercise that learners can work through alone or in a small group. The resource takes the form of a narrated Prezi slideshow. This is best viewed through a desktop browser but you can view on either Android or Apple tablets or phones by downloading Prezi app.
