All conflicts tend to have a high emotional content, and so emotional intelligence plays an important role when resolving workplace issues.
Emotions fuel conflict. Emotions are also the real drivers of resolution. Learn the beginning of how in this 1-hour workshop.
You will build awareness by uncovering ways to tune in and notice your own feelings and reactions. You will learn tips to deescalate by getting off autopilot and following steps to engage. Finally, you will build and balance your skills in empathy to come together and find a 3rd alternative.
Delivered by emotional intelligence coaching expert Charlotte Moore, 7Level7Energy, the session will encourage you to blend thinking and feeling to give you ownership of your decisions and outcomes.
